TopDrawer on MAC OS X

The tarball td.tar.gz contains the binary excutable file, td, which was compiled on
MAC OS X 10.3.3. Since I was unable to get static linking to work, it is only
guarenteed to work on 10.3.3.  However I have tested it on some nearby versions
(10.2.8, 10.3.2, 10.3.4) without problems.

td_linux.tar.gz contains a linux executable:

examples.tar.gz contains examples plus postscript output.

the mac os 10.3.3 executable runs on 10.4 even with the Intel chip (via 
rosetta)

Re-complied Linux version to run native on the Mac Intel chip 10.4.8.
