The study of the Higgs boson properties is one of the main tasks of contemporary high-energy physics. At the LHC, gluon fusion is the main production channel of Higgs bosons, and mixed QCD-electroweak corrections represent one of the main sources of theoretical uncertainty for such process, known until few years ago only at leading order in perturbation theory.
I will present the physical and mathematical details of the analytic evaluation of the complete set of QCD-electroweak contributions to Higgs boson production in gluon fusion at next-to-leading order, together with their effect on the Higgs production hadronic cross section at the LHC.
